Product Description
Water electrect machine working process:
1. Melt-blown non-woven fabric production:
select electret high-fluidity polypropylene with a small amount of special water electret masterbatch.
2. Pure water preparation:
select tap water as the water source, filter the water source with sand and gravel tank and filter with activated carbon, add reverse osmosis agent and hydrochloric acid to the filtered water source, perform secondary filtration with reverse osmosis membrane on the water source, and add alkali to the filtered water source For the practical industry, the preparation of pure water is completed, and the electrical conductivity has a higher requirement of 0.3 or less.
3. Water electret process:
The prepared pure water is delivered to the fan nozzle through the high-pressure water pump, and the fan nozzle sprays the melt blown by spunlace. The pure water and the melt blown cloth friction generate electric charge to complete the spunlace electret.
4. Drying process: The Melt-blown non-woven fabric with water electret is sent into the drying box through the conveyor belt, and dried by hot air. After drying, the slitting and rewinding is completed.

APPLICATION:
Melt-blown non-woven fabric is a kind of ultrafine fiber non-woven material made by
melt-blown process, raw material is food grade PP, fibre diameter can be 0.5um-2um.
The product is treated with special electrostatic, characteristics of high efficiency and low resistance, comfortable and easy to adorn. Can effectively filtration and adsorption of microorganisms, viruses and extremely dust.
